Getting aquainted with my housemates and my 'pod' members. We went out to a local bar on Friday night for some live music and drinks. It was crowded but offered a decent time.
We went on a scavenger hunt yesterday with our pod and drove all over the surrounding areas taking pictures in front of certain points of interest.
So the campus backs up to a state park, so there are plenty of trails and areas for fishing, bird watching, picnicing, etc. I went on a stupendous run on a trail overlooking the Chesapeake bay...so beautiful!
This next week we are going to be driving to the University of Delaware for training, which is about 45 minutes away. We meet our teams for the next ten months, tomorrow night!! I'm so excited!
